Welcome to the future of personal health transformation, where research and practical application collide to create a uniquely beautiful transformation experience!

Central Florida Physiology is a company dedicated to blending cutting edge scientific research with practical real-world application of human performance and healthy living. We believe in a multi-faceted approach to creating optimal health and wellness and our coaching exemplifies the power of combing fitness, nutrition, lifestyle management, mindset, and biohacking techniques in our efforts to accomplish our goals.

Our Program

Currently, we are only offering 1-on-1 coaching with our year-long transformation program, but we will be offering an online hybrid program where we have a self-directed course that encompasses everything one would gain from a coach, delivered in an online course format. We will also be offering a 90-day kickstart program, a lifestyle detox program, a gut health program, and a DNA-based coaching program. These shorter courses will still be built from our baseline program, and instills the principles of change that our year-long program is based upon.

Fitness Program

We custom build our fitness plan to match the needs of each individual client. Each client is different in the way their body responds to exercise, in the way each client needs their body to perform in daily life, and the individual fitness goals of each client. While there are universal principles that apply to all humans, each human needs something from their body that is unique to them. We help each client get the absolute most out of their exercise program, no matter what their goals are. In fact, we can help with the goal-setting process as well, since we understand that not every client knows exactly what they need. It might be that we need to just start a program and see how the client responds, then once they have a better idea of what exercise looks and feels like for them, then they might choose a goal and the corresponding program that will get them there.

Nutrition Coaching

Most people know that nutrition is one of the most important aspects of a health transformation program, and everyone knows that it is important. But it is surprising how few actually have any idea of what a healthy diet looks like. I have seen many well-educated individuals not be able to tell me how much sugar is in a food that they have eaten every day of their lives. We believe that nutrition CAN be as easy as choosing the foods they enjoy and will eat from a list of healthy foods. It can also be easy to go through a person’s pantry and old shopping lists to identify and remove foods that won’t be serving them on their wellness journey. But, following a nutrition program is much more than just identifying foods. It is about eating at the proper time, the amount of rest per day where no food should be eaten, how certain foods make you feel, what foods spike insulin, how to manage cravings, and how to avoid impulse purchases of undoubtedly unhealthy foods. Our coaching program teaches and helps a client implement strategies that create success over the course of a lifetime, not just during a diet phase.

Lifestyle Coaching

Besides food and exercise, there are some other considerations to keep in mind, and that is classified under lifestyle changes. These can be things such as how to shop for food and supplements, proper sleep patterns for recovery, stress management, healthy relationships with other humans as well as money, and much more. Coaching for lifestyle improvements focuses on making small changes that turn into habits, which turn into major lifestyle changes over time. Each individual person will have unique needs in their life, and we help our clients implement these changes.

Biohacking and Technology

While biohacking is absolutely not a necessity, it can help dramatically reduce the time it takes to reach our goals, depending on what it is we are using. It can also help increase the accuracy of the data we receive from our bodies and the efforts of our actions which can in turn hasten the process. I use it personally because I have the access to many different types of biohacking techniques and I am scientifically-minded and I think it is amazing to find out how our body reacts to things. Biohacking can include using things like medical devices (red light therapy, tens units, continuous glucose monitors, oxygen diffusers), medications (like GLP-1’s, testosterone replacement therapy), mobile apps (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Apple Health, Fitindex), DNA tests, very specific supplementing, screening (hormones and blood tests), and nutrition strategies (nutrient timing, intermittent fasting). The list can go on and on, and your decision to use biohacks or not may depend on personal belief systems, access to certain technologies, money, and the needs of your body and mind. Technology and research have given us a lot of cutting-edge information, and it is up to us whether or not to include it in an individual plan.

Our Promise

Central Florida Physiology uses up-to-date research to further the knowledge base of personal transformation, and will offer each client the opportunity to choose what they will use in their personal health transformation project. There is no pressure to adopt a certain belief system to create results, nor will there be pressure to make purchases outside of the cost of the program. Suggestions are merely that: suggestions. However, if a client decides to forego any important part of their program, then expectations will be given to the client so they know what results to expect as a result of their decision. It’s as easy as that. We look forward to helping many people escape the perils of poor health, and to celebrate the success of adopting a much more enjoyable and easier lifestyle.
