Introduction to Biohacking CFL Physiology Style

Biohacking has become quite a buzzword these days, with the advent of the term created by the great Dave Asprey. It refers to experimenting with our biology to focus on improving our health and longevity. This can be accomplished by experimenting with workout routines, nutrition habits, tracking numbers using smartwatches and rings, and even blood glucose trackers. Some of the biohacking techniques are cool. Some might seem like overkill. That’s the beauty of the experimentation process. Having people all over the world to try different things and share information allows people to decide what’s beneficial for them, so it doesn’t need to become a personal obsession.

My transformation project, set to begin on August 1, 2025, is a balanced approach to biohacking. I’ll be sharing all the various techniques I’ll be using, some of which may seem fancy, while others are more straightforward. However, the basics, which are crucial for effective biohacking, will be covered. I’m not relying on biohacking to create change for me, but rather to guide me in the right direction.

The biohacking approach I’ll be using will be shared across all site categories, but the blog category will be specifically dedicated to the less traditional techniques. I’m designing this blog to be not just informative, but also fun and interactive. I want it to be a platform where we can share ideas, inspire each other, and collectively strive for a healthy and fulfilling life!
